Nancy Cartwright and Happy House, along with LAPD 77th Officers and Clergy Council members, and community members hosted the Inglewood Scientology Community Center’s 1st annual “Haunted Happy House” event.
Happy House participated in the Devonshire Salute to Kids which took place on Oct. 26th, at Granada Hills Recreation Center.
On Sunday September 22, the Chatsworth Chamber of Commerce put together a Carnival event in Mason Park that really brought “the fun.”
The Anti-gang Coalition of Los Angeles hosted its second Salute to Kids event of 2013 at Lanark Park in Canoga Park on Saturday, August 10th. This was a really fun event for families featuring great live entertainment, dancing and singing as well as resource booths to help needy families and others that offered sports opportunities and various other after school programs to help kids stay off drugs and be gang-free.
Thanks to our good friend Richard Leyden, who never gives up!, Happy House has joined the Kiwanis Club as a new corporate member.
The 8th annual Happy House Poker Fundraiser and Family BBQ at Nancy Cartwright’s home on June 1st was a big success! This year we had more players than ever before with 20 full poker tables. We raised more donations than ever before and we had more folks on the property than ever before; roughly 400.
Nancy and Happy House were the entertainment sponsors for the West Valley Boys & Girls Club’s 6th Annual Mile of Quarters fundraiser at the Westfield Topanga Mall in Woodland Hills, California.

On September 9th, while attending The Way to Happiness Convention in Glendale, CA, Donna Stewart, ED of San Jose Community United, was proud to receive a surprise recognition of the OUTSTANDING LOVE AND HELP CHILDREN AWARD 2012 from Dr. Joni Ginsberg, ED of TWTH Foundation International.
Thanks to you and the volunteers from Happy House, the San Fernando Valley Coalition on Gangs held a successful Salute to Kids, which featured more than forty agencies offering their, while providing a day of entertainment and activities for the families in the Canoga Park area.
