Karen Dale and students from the Delphi School Los Angeles received an award of recognition from Los Angeles City Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez. These wonderful students have been assisting with tutoring Jr. Cadets and LAPD stations as part of the programs that Happy House administers.

These students are helping change the lives of these Jr. Cadets by tutoring them on reading and math as well as assisting in the Good Choices Program.
