Happy House with the wonderful help of Women’s Auxiliary helped LAPD officers collect enough food and household products for a family of 6 for about 3-4 weeks!

This family is basically a very good family that fell on hard times and LAPD officers at Mission Station really wanted to help. The officers created two fundraisers on their own time and money.

Happy House president, Carol Lower, decided we could help as well and enlisted the help of the Women’s Auxilliary.

The officers and the mother where completely blown away not only did we help the family BUT we helped the LAPD officers go far above and beyond their job description! It was a ‘SET A GOOD EXAMPLE’ day to say the least!
