Carol Loweree, president of Happy House, was presented with a Certificate by Los Angeles Councilmember Monica Rodriguez. Here is what is says:

Your exemplary efforts and accomplishments on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department Foothill Cadet Class of 0817 have been of great value to the City of Los Angeles. We extend our best wishes for continued success in all of your future endeavors.” 

It was quite moving and a BIG surprise Ms. Rodriguez had made a little speech how she was honored to give me this award due to recognizing a “Doer and Giver”!
