Nancy joined her good friend, LAPD Officer Frank Avila of the West Valley Division for National Night Out at Encino Park. National Night Out is an evening where neighbors join in parks and at homes to show solidarity in their communities with the principals of law and order and cooperation with those tasked with keeping our neighborhoods safe.

“This is just a great way to show support for the LAPD,” said Nancy. “Many crimes can be prevented even before they happen if the citizens care about their communities.”

Nancy went on to Reseda Park to join the Devonshire Division as they celebrated with a movie under the stars. Nancy was happy to see Congressman Brad Sherman, someone she believes is a good role model and leader for our communities.
